What can I customise?+
Name, number, badge, shirt colours, and cut. You can also specify font style and badge placement. If you have something unusual in mind, send a message before ordering and we'll work out whether it's possible.
What sizes do you make?+
Adult sizes from S to XXL. If you need something outside that range, get in touch before ordering and we'll discuss what's possible.
How long does the whole process take?+
Most shirts take 10 to 14 working days from order confirmation to dispatch. That covers the design preview stage, production, quality check, and packing. Delivery across Europe typically adds 5 to 10 working days on top.
Where do you ship?+
Across Europe. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
What's included in the price?+
Everything: the shirt, your name and number, badge, and your colour choice. There are no extras added at checkout beyond shipping.
Do I need to order a minimum quantity?+
No. One shirt is fine. That's the whole point.
How do I see the design before you start making it?+
Within 24 hours of your order, you'll receive a layout preview by email. It shows your name, number, badge, and colours exactly as they'll appear on the finished shirt. We only start cutting once you've confirmed the layout is right.
Can I return or exchange?+
Each shirt is made to your exact spec, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. If there's a production error or a fault with the shirt, get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
I need it urgently. Can you speed it up?+
Get in touch before you order. We'll be straight about the current lead time and whether a faster turnaround is possible.
How do payments work?+
Payment is taken at checkout. We accept major cards. We don't store card details.
