Our story

Made by one person, made for you.

Every Own Kit shirt starts the same way: blank fabric and your spec. I cut, sew, and print each one by hand at my workshop in Romania. When it ships, it's the only one like it.

Growing up, I played football every weekend. The kits we wore all looked the same: generic prints, wrong colours, names nobody could read properly. You either bought something mass-produced or settled for an iron-on number peeling off by the second wash.

I wanted something different. A shirt with the right colours for my team, my name printed the way I wanted, a badge that meant something. When I couldn't find it at a price that made sense, I started making them myself.

I learned pattern-cutting, printing, stitching. I got the quality I wanted. Then friends started asking. That was how Own Kit began.

Everything is still made by hand. I work with one order at a time, in my workshop in Romania, and I ship across Europe. There is no factory, no print farm, no middleman. Just the shirt you asked for.

What we stand for

Three things that don't change.

One at a time

I don't run batches. Each shirt is cut and built to the order in front of me. That's what makes the customisation real.

You approve before I cut

Within 24 hours of your order, you receive a layout preview. Name, number, badge, colours. We only start once you've confirmed it's right.

Priced honestly

€100 to €200 depending on what you want. No surprise extras at checkout. No minimum order quantity.

The shirt no kit builder can make.

Kit builders give you a template and a colour picker. Own Kit gives you a shirt built to your brief, by a person who cares how it turns out.
